1. I · Day 1OnboardingWe start with a private call. You tell us what you have built, who looks you up, and what you want people to know.You receive: Project plan, Shared workspace.
2. II · Days 2–5Research and storyWe talk to you and to people who know your work. We check what the internet says about you. Then we find your story.You receive: Research report, Your story outline, Site structure.
3. III · Days 6–12BuildingWe write your story, design your site and build it. You see it at each milestone, not every detail.You receive: Written pages, Design, Editing tools, search basics, visitor stats.
4. IV · Days 13–14LaunchYour site goes live at your own address. We check it on phones, in search and when shared.You receive: yourname.com, live, Handover and training.

Typical project length: up to 2 weeks. Day ranges are typical, not promised. We quote every site in writing after the first conversation.
