Your reputation shouldn’t live inside an algorithm.
Feeds reward frequency. Reputations are built on substance, and need somewhere to last.

The modern advice is to post more. Be consistent. Feed the algorithm. For some people that is the right strategy. For most established people, it is a distraction from the work that actually built their reputation.
Feeds are temporary by design. A considered essay sinks beneath newer content within days. A landmark interview becomes difficult to find within months. The record of a career dissolves into timelines.
An estate is the opposite of a feed. It is organised by significance rather than recency. It keeps the important things findable, permanently, at an address you control.
Publish where audiences are, by all means. But keep the original somewhere that is yours.
